You will be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a National ID Card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and, where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bft222 may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

All transactions on bft222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). bft222 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and any applicable conversion fees will be the responsibility of the Player.
bft222 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bft222 will notify the affected Player and may request further documentation to substantiate the legitimacy of the transaction.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bft222 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each respective promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 days from the date on which they are credited to a Player's account. Any bonus funds or free spin winnings remaining at the point of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting bft222 support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, bft222 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining Real Money Balance, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Any unconverted Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bft222 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the dormant account's balance each month until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
